Your First Visit At Our Lincoln Office
Novo Chiropractic Lincoln is unlike traditional chiropractic offices in that we address the master control system of the body, the nervous system, first. We get a detailed assessment of your overall health by performing a complete neurological and structural analysis, the results of which are utilized in helping you reach optimal health. Here at Novo, our Novo chiropractic Lincoln uses many different tools to assess your body for stress and correct the root cause, allowing your body to heal from within, naturally.
First Visit
Consult
Upon arrival, we will gather your intake paperwork. We will then sit down with you 1-on-1 to discuss your health and goals for care.
Spinal Exam
We then do a complete spinal examination to see where structural shifts and subluxations may have occurred. The doctor does so by palpating along your spine to figure out exactly how each bone has misaligned.
Digital X-Rays
Lastly, if necessary, we use our state-of-the-art digital x-ray system. This aids us in detecting any curves, degeneration, or loss of disc space in your spine, which can’t be seen during the other evaluations.
Utilizing all these tools, we can locate where each of these misalignments or subluxations are located and measure how your body is functioning. This allows us to administer a very gentle, specific, chiropractic adjustment realigning those bones back into proper position, taking the pressure off the nerves, and restoring the communication from your brain to your body. The results of the specific adjustments provide more than just symptom relief but optimal health over time. Giving the body time and repetition, we will see you reach your health goals, reduce stress, and allow your body to heal from the inside out.
Second Visit
Doctor's Report
On your second visit, we will sit down with you and explain the findings from your assessment and/or x-rays. It is important to us that you understand what is going on with the health of your nervous system, so we encourage you to ask any questions that you have at this time. We will then give you our best recommendations for what it will take to achieve your health goals.
First Adjustment
The last step of this visit is the first step towards renewing your health for you and your family. We will walk you through your first adjustment, and the doctor will explain to you precisely what they are looking for and what you can expect during future visits.
