I was left with 24 hr per/365 days per year headaches that started in my neck, ran up the back of my head, over my forehead into my eyes. My pain levels ran from a 7-9 at all times, even waking me up in tears while sleeping. I have spent the last couple decades trying to get help. I have gone to chiropractors, ear nose and throat specialists, general surgeons and I prayed alot. I was offered narcotics and surgery. I was told by a chiropractor that I was one of the few he just couldn't help, and thought I should get surgery. Over the years I came to accept the pain as a part of my life. UNTIL...one of my coworkers found NOVO Chiropractic, here in Lincoln, NE. She had some similar complaints about her neck. And she was finding help and relief with NOVO! She was so excited, I decided to try one more time. I AM SO HAPPY...the NOVO staff is wonderful! All of them! They took their time with me and came up with a plan that is actually working for me! I get Tens Therapy, Decompression and an Adjustment every visit. I was also set up with an excellent supplement regimen. My pain levels have dropped from 7-9 to 4-5 in three months!!! It's amazing! The while regimen is working together so we'll! The parts I look most forward to are the Tens and Decompression. The Tens is really relaxing. Then going into the Decompression room is wonderful! I lay down on the table, put my feet up, then ask me my music choice (80's or 90's Country) they turn off the light, close the door and I just relax! I feel so relaxed when I'm done, it's like coming out of a SPA Treatment! I didn't even know about Decompression before I was introduced to NOVO. It's all great stuff, and it's working together. If I walked in one day, and they told me I only had time for one of the Treatments that day, I'd select Decompression! I look forward to continuing with NOVO and seeing just how much more improvement I can get. It's already more than I ever expected! Communication is excellent and they do an excellent job tailoring treatment based off X-rays . Big fan of the non manual adjustment method they use. Very gentle yet effective. I sit in an office and have noticed tremendous results for reducing back pain in less than a few months. Highly recommend this place. Staff is incredible as well
